**Afghan Haze – Mango Haze x Afghan Skunk**
Neighborhood Farms, straight from NYC, brings a classic: *Afghan Haze*. This strain’s genetics combine the tropical sweetness of Mango Haze with the legendary funk of Afghan Skunk.
### **Nose & Palate:**
Expect a woodsy, earthy, and herbal profile with hints of frankincense and a touch of citrus on the back end. The aroma perfectly matches the taste, delivering that nostalgic “Frankie” herbal scent with a sweet skunky twist.
### **Appearance & Structure:**
Visually, the buds lean towards the airy, leafy structure typical of Haze genetics, but still fresh and satisfying to break down. Afghan Skunk adds a nice balance, enhancing the appeal with a bit more density and skunky charm.
### **Smoke & Experience:**
I rolled about 1.5g in an Elements paper, and it smoked surprisingly well—impressive, considering most Hazes don’t fare great in papers. While I usually prefer a leaf for Haze strains, this one held its own. The inhale and exhale were smooth and soothing, making for a pleasant smoking experience.
### **Effects:**
The high is a well-rounded journey: it starts with an active, creative, and moderately cerebral buzz, followed by a euphoric, relaxing body high. Expect the effects to last well over 3 hours, transitioning from a heady uplift to a comforting, body-centered relaxation.
### **Final Thoughts:**
Afghan Haze checks all the boxes—flavor, aroma, smoke quality, and effects. Neighborhood Farms made a strong first impression with this one. Big shoutout to the brand for delivering top-tier quality.
