AJ Sour Diesel – Semper Frosty
NYGC & Billy’s Winner Semper Frosty take on legendary AJ Sour Diesel

Semper Frosty – AJ Sour Diesel
NY’s own Semper Frosty been on a serious run lately his Chem , Lemon Royale, and Mac 1 already staples in their lineup. This time, he took his talents to the legendary AJ Sour Diesel. When I spoke to him, he told me straight up this was a one time test run. No reruns.
I grabbed a jar and let it sit for a month to see if a little age would bring out more depth. When I cracked it back open, the nose hit way harder than the first go loud, musky, skunky gas. That classic Sour funk came alive. It’s the type of smell that fills a room before you even break it down.
Flavor-wise, it matched the nose to a tee earthy, chem, with that signature sour tang and a spicy, herbal finish. That limonene citrus creeps in just enough. The taste held solid throughout the sesh and lingered heavy after the last pull.
Now the smoke on paper was a bit mixed started smooth but had a slightly bitter kick on the exhale. But in a blunt? Whole different story. Rolled one up and it hit like the Sours exp. I grew up on. That’s how I connected with it best.

The buds were clean, tight trim, solid structure, looked like something you’d save for a special occasion. The effects came in quick 3, maybe 4 pulls in and I felt it immediately. Fast-moving, energetic high that stuck around for a solid 3 hours.
Overall, Semper’s Sour run was worth the pick-up. He brought the profile to life with the nose, the taste, and the high. Only knock was the smoke on paper, but the blunt made up for that easy. I wish he had done another run, but he chopped her. Still crazy potential.
