Crepes – Big Kid Candy

Big Kid Candy - Crepes

Crepes – Big Kid Candy

I met Big Kid Candy in San Diego, where I had the chance to try some of the finest local cultivars. Now that he’s moved to the East Coast, he’s brought some fresh new flavors, and one that really stood out was Crepes.

Crepes is a cross between Pancakes and Grandiflora’s Project 4516. It’s a well-cultivated strain with apricot-colored pistils and dense, sticky nugs. The aroma is a rich blend of doughy, earthy, and sweet notes, reminiscent of the London Pound Cake behind the Pancakes lineage. When smoked, the flavor profile offers a sugary, maple-coated taste with hints of Platinum Cookies.

The effects hit right, delivering a balanced cerebral euphoria and a relaxing body high that lasts about 2-3 hours from a 1.5g roll on Elements papers. The smoke experience itself is a highlight — smooth on both inhale and exhale, with a clean burn throughout. This is an easy daily smoke with solid appeal and exceptional quality.

Big Kid’s curatorial skills shine with this West Coast gem, and San Diego definitely brought the heat. Thanks to Big Kid for the opportunity to review this standout strain.
