Epiphany’s take on Yellow Mermaid comes with that sweet, clean linen, fruity aroma you expect from a good Yellow Zu. The appeal is definitely there too — the Q was packed with voluptuous, well-trimmed nugs. Effects kicked in at a medium level, giving a cerebral, euphoric, and relaxing high. This is the type of Yellow Mermaid I could smoke on the daily. The nose is really what pulls you in — that earthy, sweet, citrus, dank flavor translates from the smell to the palate perfectly. Throughout the sesh, the taste stays strong, with the smoke giving a smooth inhale and exhale 😮💨. Past mid-sesh, it turns a little bitter but still holds up. The high lasted around 3 hours, bringing munchies and a couch/chest lock. Overall, Epiphany’s Yellow Mermaid got the look, the nose, the flavor, the smoke — everything lined up. Epiphany should definitely keep this one in the lineup. Big salute to them for the quality, consistency, and for being the first to run this Flava Designer exclusive.

Loyalty’s version of Yellow Mermaid brings a real blend of both parents, making it a treat for anyone who loves that gassy-sweet combo. I caught the Zu influence right off the nose, and it carried through to the palate. The appeal is crazy — well trimmed and showing off that Yellow Mermaid character. The nose had a light floral/fruity Yellow Zu scent. On the flavors, you definitely get earthy, dank, sweet citrus, and that signature Z terp that lingers during and after the sesh. The effects hit nice — a euphoric, cerebral, soothing body high that lasted about 2 hours. I felt the onset 4–5 pulls in. The smoke experience was smooth both ways, inhale and exhale 😮💨, and stayed consistent throughout the whole burn. Overall, Loyalty’s Yellow Mermaid locked in with strong appeal, nose, palate, and a top-tier smoke experience. Big props to Loyalty for the steady quality — and shoutout to Burlando for the assist on this one.
