GG4 has always been one of my favorite old-school cultivars, especially from that transition wave in the Heights after the Sour takeover. GG4 is the well known Chem’s Sister x Sour Dubb x Chocolate Diesel combo, and this cut stayed true to its roots.@WhiteRabbitfarms is known for his Sour and Nigerian Haze renditions and crosses, and he definitely took his crack at this gassy classic. The appeal and nose were the clear standouts. The nose was loud straight gas, pinene, and diesel notes. Think kerosene, rubber tire, Pinesol, and earthy funk all mixed together. Super dank and pungent, to the point it had me getting stuffy just off the smell alone. The structure was on point too, frosty, with a blizzard of trichomes coating the nugs. The palate translated right off the nose, delivering a spicy, caryophyllene heavy, pungent flavor that felt like a true chem-sour blend. The smoke experience gave a soothing, slightly pungent inhale and exhale 😮💨, though I feel it could’ve been a bit smoother overall. The effects hit strong and relaxing, perfect after a wake and bake or a long day after work heavy but not overwhelming, doing exactly what a proper GG4 should do. Overall, White Rabbit’s GG4 held its own across the board , appeal, nose, palate, effects, and a solid smoke experience. Big shoutout to @WhiteRabbitfarms for the consistency and quality, always delivering that real deal.
