Limited Trees x Gsmoke – Azul

Azul by Limited Trees

Limited Trees been making some noise out on the East Coast. The West Coast-based brand has been bringing a few interesting cultivars this way, and I finally got my hands on their take of a Blue Zushi F2 cross Azul. Shoutout to the homie G Smoke for putting me on.

Now according to Tenco, anything Blue Zu that doesn’t come out of their facility is fakebut I don’t know about all that. What I do know is this Azul got that signature fruity, clean linen Suavitel-Z aroma. The nose is definitely a standout and gives heavy OG Blue Zu vibes.

Visually, it’s not the flashiest, but Limited Trees did their thing. The nugs were reminiscent of the Blue Zu structure, showcasing that Z lineage. The effects were on point too—euphoric and cerebral with a nice relaxing body high that crept in about 5-6 pulls deep and lasted a solid two hours.

On the palate, it translates well from the nose earthy dank with sweet, citrusy fruit and a gassy aftertaste. The smoke was smooth on the inhale and exhale, got a little more pungent and slightly bitter towards the end of the sesh.

All in all, Limited Trees held their own with this Blue Zu remix. The nose and flavor were dialed in, and the rest of the experience kept up. Definitely worth trying if you’re a Z lover or a Blue Zu connoisseur.

Big shoutout to Limited Trees for the fire, and major love to G Smoke for blessing me with the opportunity to review this gem.
