@odeetrees New Zu is one of the first time I get to try a 🗽 cultivated Zushi cross. Winners of 1st 🥇 2022 @thenewyorkgrowerscup and 🥉 on 2023 with a pheno of this cultivar. New Zu is the cross between Bebesita which is a Triangle Mintz F1 x Mac F1 bred by @pheno.addicts9 & Yellow Zushi( Zkittles Pheno) . The appeal resembles the Mac & TM structure more than the Z. The palate is enrich with the sweetness, grapefruit coatness of the Yellow Zu, with the aftertaste of the kush friendly bebecita. The nose also translate the palate giving out a fruity, musky, more bebecita dominant. The effects resulted in a moderate onset, buzz is felt 8-9 pulls in, 2 hr high. I felt a reasonable high that kept me active but slouching at times when I sit down. The smoke experience had a soothing sweet Z inhale and feel the pungent TM on the back taste. The ash report came in at 70/30 more salt than pepper and ended at 60/40. Overall the New Zu prevails, in appeal, palate. The smoke experience was enjoyable, the nose is not too yellow Zu dominant but definitely can taste it. The effects were on the money, excelling as one of the main highlights on this cultivar. This pheno unfortunately is gone for good. In conclusion, it held its own and I see @odeetrees growth in the quality of his cultivars.
